Each floor is 400 m2 in size. Ground floor: large sitting room with frescos, decorated ceilings, columns and fireplaces, sofa and seats to make guests comfortable during the receptions.

A large eat-in kitchen fully equipped with all kitchenware needed with a wooden table suitable for 10 persons. 3 toilette and a shower room easily accessible  from the garden, a marvellous pool table of the Thirties and French doors open onto the Italian garden

A cherry wood staircase leads up to the first floor where there is the main entrance, a dining room decorated with frescos and a table that can seat up to 22 people, library and sitting rooms. On this floor there are three suites:

Our Empire bedroom with canopy bed belonged to Queen Margherita di Savoia with private sitting room decorated with  17^th century frescoes, a nice bathroom with tub and a renewed large marble decorated shower.

The Bridal suite has a king size bed, two windows one of which face the grandiose mediaeval wall of Monteriggioni, a fireplace, an airy, spacious and bright bathroom with tub, very much liked by our brides for the grand mirror and the splendid view from the window.

Romantic bedroom has a double bed, two windows, and a little sitting room with a library, a cozy bathroom with shower .

Not suitable for people with special needs due to the flight of stairs and not allowed to children under 14 years old.
